We arrived early and check-in was not a problem. The staff at reception was helpful. The room was quite large, clean, with comfortable furniture and facilities with a nice design. The breakfast was okay and there were plenty of options available. The hotel is conveniently located near Westbahnhof and tram and subway stops. There are also many restaurants and eateries nearby.

The location is awesome! The neighborhood streets are full of amazingly nice cafes and stores, and it's close to the metro which can take you to the old town quickly. The main museums are also within walking distance.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location in a good neighborhood was perfect, especially being close to the West bus station and with good public transport nearby. The hotel staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were more than sufficient. The rooms had comfy beds, including one with three single beds which was great for our family. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of excellent cheeses and a great coffee machine.

That the cleaning of the rooms could be improved.
